Money recovery suit against wife

Dear Learned Brothers, Money deposited by husband in the Account of his wife, wife uplifted amount and left the house of the husband and filed divorce suit. what is a remedy to get back the amount from wife?

She has lifted the money from her own account and your husband and wife relationship is in existence. So for the time being there is no remedy to recover the said amount. In the divorce proceeding you can claim relief from giving maintenance to her on the ground that you have already given her money and deposited in her account.
