property law under islamic shariat

my grandmother and grandfathers joint property will be divided into my father and his sister equally. but before dividing my father expired. now we are 3 childrens and our mom. so how the property will be divided in case of islamic shariat law.

Ji, to my best known: your grandmothers' share in the property devolved equally to your father and his sister.  But your grandfather's share in the property, your father will get 2 shares and his sister gets only one share( a woman gets half of the share of male's share).

Grand children doesn't get any share because Islam recognises inheritance on survival basis

Islam doesn't recognises will .he can will for 1/3rd only if he has to will the entire property then he has to take consent of his successors.so will is valid for 1/3share only.
