How to correct a 5 years old deed??

I have purchased a land 5 years ago. Now, while applying for a loan searching advocate has found a mistake in deed that in 30 years history an owner got 5.29 Satak as warrasion. But instead of 5.29 Satak in my deed it is mentioned as 8 Satak. How to rectify this? Sub registrar of local registry office is saying that rectification deed not possible in this scenario. Please help me..
