Hindu marriage

Can a boy marry his Maternal Aunt's Daughter under Hindu marriage Act, if both of them being major have Consented to each other for the marriage, Being an advocate I do understand such relationship falls under the definition of sapinda(prohibited degree of relationship) but both of them can't leave with each other... please advise.

There were several posts in the forum.  The matter is sensitive and some may get offended over practices prevailing in other southern states.   Kindly go through posts that appeared in the forum on same issue.

As you yourself are are well aware, such a marriage is not a valid marriage in terms of the Hindu law.
