Seller name is having extra space in sale deed

Hello, Recently I registered a Plot in Bangalore. The Seller Name is C. Madhusudan, but in sale deed first page Name Spelled as C. Madhu Sudan and in last page C. Madhusudan, Previous EC is showing his Name as C. Madhusudan. Is it an issue? Please advise. Thanks for you support and help.

It is not a problem and dont worry for that.

It is not an issue. In case, any issue arises in the future in respect of the name of the seller, you can rely on the identification of the seller mentioned in the sale deed like voter's Id card or Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving Licence, etc. in support of your claim. So don't worry now.

1.  Take a duly notarised "indemnity bond" from C.Madhusudan, confirming that there is an inadvertent error in the said document and that in actual his name is C.Madhusudan, by annexing his PAN & AADHAR card.

2.  The above indmenity bond must also indemnity you against any losses, litigation, expenses that may occur in future.
