visitation rights of father

My wife and son is in my in laws house for a year. they are not allowing me to see my son . speaking through elders is not working. what can i do legally to get visitation rights?

U approach civil court and take permission

You can approach the jurisdictional Family court for grant of necessary direction or order.

but my inlaws are threatening me that if i go to court for visitation rights, then they will go for dowry case against my mother and my sister along with me? what shall i do?
