You will have to prove it somehow same happened with someone known to me. he clicked photograph of his wife while going to work and presented it in court however court let her and her maintaince claim was denied . to prove you are right you'll have to bring evidences

Do you have any evidence to prove that she is working/ employed ? If so, it is perjury.

Experts have responded, but to make it simple and easy of the proceedings is to go for "Discovery and Inspection" provided under Order 11 of the CPC.

It's not perjury because the Affidavit was signed before being filed in the Court.

Thank you. But she has given evidence in another case that she was employed and she also has mentioned in the affidavit of that application that her occupation as 'service'.

Thank you. I submitted a perjury application with evidence. Wife submitted an objection to the perjury application avoiding the issue and stated that it was an 'inadvertant mistake'. The case is not heard as yet. In the mean time, she submitted a new execution application showing occupation as 'service' in the affidavit, but the body of the application has been left unchanged.  Now is it possible to file criminal contempt for the new application?
