Cross FIR after 2 days

Hello, sir one of my friend lodged an F. I. R against three person (1 male and 2 females) they attacked on her mother she got head injury 9 sutures are in her head, police lodged f. I. R under section 308 while she already complaint against him that they are planning for a coldblooded murder, now they come to knw that after 2 days police file f. I. R against them (victims) one of acused filed it under section 452,323,507.. Sir it is possible to file f. I. R after 2 days and shall they have to take a bail or stay? Or from where they get stay or bail?

Yes.    Cross FIR isn't illegal.

There's no question of Bail now but Anticipatory Bail.

After FIR, police come and make investigation.     If you can prove, FIR fails.

In practice, if you can't bribe, FIR harms.

So Anticipatory Bail is better taken.

The fate of the mutual complaints registration is well known, it is a ploy to benefit from both sides and in the end, without any investigation, the cases will be compromised and withdrawn by both the parties. A double benefit scheme for...?
