registrations of resale flat.

perhaps it is not a relevant question at this platform, but if can answer pls help with your valuable answers ....


My frnd is going to buy a resale flat at hyderabad..he has sanctioned the home loan , and sale deep etc also ready.

The flat is not coming under HMDA area , it is gram panchayat even it is in Hyderabad. the cost of property is 20 lakhs, kindly tell me how much should be the stamp duty or registration charges, so he can plan to arrange the money for registration ...

The legal age for marriage is 18 for women, 21  for men, according to the

Prohibition of Child Marriage Act (PCMA) of 2006.
