Contact any Labour inspector and get the working hours schedule etc., and be united and let some outsiders interfere in the issue through labour dept., You can not work with tensions in the workplace and it brings more worst things.. Acquire knowledge on labour matters to form Union or Association and affiliate to a good party with influential leaders.
