sir I am applied Junior Line Men in TSNPDCL applied on 22/02/2018 want to bring in your kind notice that by caste in BC-“ E“ and comes under NON- CREAMY LAYER but due to negligence of computer operator of online service center, he mentioned me under CREAMY LAYER which is wrong. At that time I have not noticed it.
Actually i belongs to financially poor family sir, my family annual income is below 1 Lakh rupees. I have scored 40 marks (Rank 728) in junior line men TSNPDCL exam held on 08/04/2018 and having opportunity to get that job but due to that silly mistake of CREAMY LAYER I may loose the opportunity.
Now what should I have to do and the total posts 2500
First obtain such certificate of NCL from Tehasildar, then seek copy of application filed by you and then represent to the dept., for doing justice . If they refuse, contact a sincere advocate and immediately file writ before HC.
