Steps to form a registered association of individuals

We are a group of individuals of the same college and same batch. We want to form a registered association in West Bengal to operate an account for contribution towards a benevolent fund by its members to be used by its members in case of necessity of any member of the association. What are the chronological steps that need to be taken to form the registered association. Also is there any other way by which our main objective can be achieved?

First how many members are their. 2) how members are enrolled.&how they are expelled3)how executive body is elected i.e.president .vice president secretary joint secretary&other executive members. Termof executive body.4)by law 5)purpose of association 6)membership fee7)place address of office I have informed as per my knowledge for further u contact any one who knows better than me
