DC land

sir IAM planning to buy a dc land in Vellore district. already this land conversation to unapproved plots and sold some people and also registered in sro. but local peoples told this is dc land. also some plots are in bank mortgage. so IAM planning to purchase to bank sarfesai sale. it's any problems to buy please clarify.

If any civil litigation comes it doesn't ends. be careful.u lose time mental agony money. Consult civil expert advocate who gives opinion correctly. Prevention is better than cure.too many people's have been misguided lost their hard earned money. So be careful before investing.
