transfer

I am working in central railway as a station master but my wife is an employee of state government.. can i apply for a spouse ground basis transfer and how many day it takes to complete?

U can apply.usually transfers or made in April may .at that time Lok Sabha elections are held.any how u apply for transfer situation may be in favour of u.
