If builder has mortgage property flat in two different bank, when first Bank come to know about it, first Bank sealed it, and builder broke the seal and sale to customer without concern of banks, and customer has paid money, not bank informed customer they once again going to sealed flat,
Customer has proof of cheaque that paid to customer, affidavit of witness and commission report,
So it is possible that bank sealed the flat?
Bank can seal the property as it is mortgage with the bank. Customer has to take due care before buying the property.
