How to get ownership of govt. property my father have possessed for more than 30 years?
Facts are, my grandfather had got 1 acre of land from village panchayat, which was not registered at that time. There is no proof of such transaction.Then my father possessed that property. Till now, my father possessed that property without registration. Can he claim for the ownership of property? property is situated in Pathankot, Punjab.
