Awaiting Summons in a accident case

My car met with an accident in Dec2016. When two wheeler with a three riders on it suddenly came in front of my car from driver's side on the on cross road. The thired and last person on that bike was severely injured ( first two were unaffected by that accident). I took an initiative and brought injured person to a hospital. Me and my family also helped injured person both financially and psychologically. However Injured person passed away after few days due to injuries. An FIR was also lodged against me in January 2017.I also went though the further leagle process after that. However , I am still awaiting the summons of the honorable court. Status of my case still shows " process to accused" on e status of case. Please help me regarding this matter.
