Cheated on a family property by my uncle

I'm F26.We have a family property in our grandfather's name and its been used by my uncle for now.He did a land registration to his son's name. My father who is ex-serviceman expired before 10 years.As my father is not there, we are ladies(myself,mom and sister) not able to fight and get back the land from them.He is abusing us if we ask.We are struggling to lead our life and we are helpless too.Kindly advice what should I do now..

File Partition suit in civil court.

Grandfather's self owned property on his death will be inherited by both his sons each getting one share each. Provided he died intestate without making a Will. Your father had one half share in that property that you all his heirs, mother and two sisters inherited. You can seek your half share in that property by filling suit for partition against your uncle and his son.
