Indian Succession Act

My Grand father has One house .. They have 3 son but one son he dead so the property is given to their son ... After Death of Grand Father their son sale the property and Took their Portion.. now their son He also dead without making will leaving behind Daughter, wife, mother... now the question is whether the property purchase by son is petrik Property if yes then Can mother take full portion if this is not petrik then how to divided this portion???

What is petrik ? patriarchal or ancestral?

The property in the possession of the son who died intestate without making Will for his property will go to his class 1 heirs which includes his wife, daughter and mother each will get share each. This property was the share the son got after partition of ancestral property became his self acquired property.

Thanks Sir for your Valuable Answer... One Query Please Solve.. what if this property first purchase by mother then transfer to son .. ans then son die without will in this case also Property will distribute in each three share equally
