Claim of Lawyer's fee.

Can a senior citizen mother filing for maintenance against her Medical Officer daughter, claim lawyer's fee also ?

There is no bar on any one claiming any charges (in this case the charges towards legal fee).

Whether or not the same will get granted depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case.

Answer is yes the Sr. Citizen lady can claim for both maintenance, legal expense including Lawyer’s fee.
