Hello,
I want to transfer my house to my son and it is located in Nashik Maharashtra. My wife has been passed away in March 2017 and I got married again in July2017. So what are the charges to transfer the property to my son? Also does the signature or involvement of 2nd wife is required in transferring the house property?

If this is your acquired flat and you are sole owner, you don’t need signature of any other person.
Your transfer the house by gift deed, it will cost you less.
