Eviction of tenant

Dear All,

I have filed the eviction petition before the Rent Controller and the same is decided in my favour on dated 16/03/2018 and as per the order of Rent Controller my Tenant has to vacate the Shop within 60 Days of passing the order. Now my Tenant filed an Appeal before the Appellant Authority and date of hearing is 14/05/2018.

Now my question is, if Appellant Authority dismissed the appeal of my Tenant then can I legally evict my Tenant with the help of Police or any Court Staff or I have to file the Execution or wait till my Tenant filed the Appeal in High Court.

Please be noted as per Rent Controller order dated 16/03/2018 the sixty days completes on dated 14/05/2018

Thanks
