A non-Indian client wants to authorize an Indian Patent Agent on Form 26 to represent him in Indian Patent Office. What is the procedure to get the authorization in this case on an Indian stamp paper in presence of a Notary? Please assume that the foreign party is not visiting India for this purpose. Please advise the easiest procedure to follow.
