I feel that in days to come Arbitration will replace courts burden a lot, especially in  the corporate sector,

The amendment to CPC is yet to gain momentum. Meanwhile many advocates are lobbying for memberships in mediation centres and other arbitration groups.

The Arbitration can not and should not replace the courts as expressed by some of the esteemed members.  It should work only as an Alternative Disputes Settlement Machinary.  I agree that time will come soon when people will prefer to go for Arbitration rather to go to the court .

Will this judges bill bring some changes or relief from incompetence or dishonesty of judges ?
