two paradanashin ladies were shown inthe charge sheet as absconding.these ladies are married and are staying with their in laws.an application is filed on their behalf,for exempting them from personal attendnce in court.should the magistrate grant exemption?

As per law, he should not grant any exmption to them only on the ground that they are pardanashin.
