Execution of any agreement etc on e stamp paper

Respected sirs,

I want to know about execution of any agreement etc on e stamp paper.

Please let me know whether any agreement to be started writing on e stamp paper itself as used to write on old stamp papers and remaining material on Pie Papers , or nothing should be written on e stamp itself, and only anything should be started on Pie Paper attached to it.

In another words, How to execute any agreement while using E stamp paper.

People follow both the methods stated by you, without any problem.

But, I always start the matter right from the E-stamp paper to maintain continuity, and never leave the E-stamp paper blank and start in a fresh paper.

The law of the land is such, that even oral agreement is valid, and there is no rule of thumb that agreement be writen with specefic stamp value. However, as stated by R.Ramachandran, lawyers always commence drafting with stamp papers in drafting agreement.
