company sold . resignation demand .

i am.working in healthcare and pharma. company as medical sales represenatative. company is sold to other company before 3 months. some colleague got transferred in their relevant area of territary which was vacant in other comoany. me and my colleagues got call of HR to resign job on 31 jan . she said u will get salary and expenses of this month... in this case what should i do resign or claim to company for job or else.

Dear Anant,

We have to see your service agreement. if company is sold the you will be under different management under same role. termination without reason is not permissible.

IN case the company is contemplating downsizing IT can make a reasonable/superior offer with compensaion or resort to retrenchment....in proper manner...

Has company mad any written anouncement on sale/closure/takeover?

no call recording .. no member of employee union. HR mail received on 5 th oct that join hands with eris lifescience. nothing will change. everything will be same.
