Third party insurence

Car owner has 3rd party insurance. A person other than the owner used the vehicle and hit in a tree. He injured and lost his one eye. Policy has paid-driver premium. Can the person claim for damages from insurance company.

Dear Sandeep,

Third party insurance is for the person who is injured other than driver owner of the car. Other than this it depends on terms of insurance.
