The only ceremony of saptpadi is most important ceremony in a Hindu marriage rest differs from family to family .

Not at all important. Once you are born, your religion is tagged on you as Hindu, Islam, Christianity or whatsoever. If you are Hindu and once marriage is successfully completed (assuming you marry a Hindu only and don't change your religion), irrespective of whether marriage-process is in family, temple or court, it will be termed as Hindu Marriage. Take simply, if marriage is incomplete, then it is incomplete and once process is complete, you are a married person.
