My neighbour illegally playing Horn Shaped Loudspeakers by fixing on the electric poles with a very loud volume in our locality by voilating Noise Pollution Rules 2000..As such my mother who is heart patient became sick and hospitalized due to severe head ache and high BP.
My question is that what punishment for using loudspeakers illegally ? On what IPC sections the police register the case for voilating Noise Pollution 2000 and my mother also hospitalized due to unberable noise ?
