Constitutional issue

You cannot operate on the body of an unborn child. Consitutionality of a law can be challenged, but not proposal that is yet to mature.

 

 

Agree with Mr Jigyadu in spirit. Well now a days you can do some evasive treatment on the body of an unborn child. Many a times the opinion of the public is taken up (on certain specific issues) while drafting a bill. If this option is available then you can raise your objection. Otherwise if the bill is expected to impact public at large, then you can approach your area MP and ask him to take up this issue during discussion. But you cannot approach court as yet.

So there's no way a draft bill can be challenged?

so if its say a draft legislation like 2016 anti trafficking billl that neither has mechanism for curbing trafficking nor qualification for appointment to regulatory agencies nor special anti trafficking courts 2 adjudicate trafficking cases u mean 2 say that it cannot be challenged at all?!!!!!

No way, as Mr. Jigyasu has rightly pointed out. You may approach through Law Commission or represent your objection through the MP of your constituency.
