Bench of Supreme court  at three metros are possible. delhi already have the supreme court. are the sc open another bench at delhi also? however this decission  will widely welcome by the public.

That's  what's needed specifically for Mumbai

HOWEVER,  I'would prefer Justice Dinakaran type judges in Mumbai SC.  Serves purposes better for all.  Why only one window for corruption.  Have 4 windows.  The more the better.

Corruption is every where, where ever you see...   Everyone on earth is corrupt. we have either steal, made a false promise, and many other things to our beloved family members, either for some favour from others or to make favours to others. A Mother brings a child for a purpose and what it is "old age" and see herself is corrput as she is bribing the child for future purpose :)

It is the "we people" who have corrputed them, else every thing was smooth. Can u see a place where there is no corruption?

As U said evey one is corrupted in the world its okay ,but Not every one has given right to punish people or put to gallows,this is only given to ur Judiciary so they are playing with lives of common people.....How can we Justify the corruptions or Compare the Corruptions ?

More Benches would be great. But, which bench to approach should be left to litigant.

Don't wonder. The appeal has been filed in the Supreme Court.

 Section 1 of RTI Act, 2005, says that It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.

J&K is understandable because government could not extend its authority over it like any other State. 

The Act may be applicable to the whole of India, but, obviously, CJI is interpreting that it does not apply to SC. Does it mean that SC is not in India? Who knows. He may be right.

Everybody wants to exclude itslf. Even our Ex. PM Mr. P V Narsimha Rao wanted to be  excluded from Prevention of Corruption Act. No one should be above the law. It is going against the principle of

Mahatma Gandhi who has said;

You must be the change you want to see in the world.

But I appreciate for the opening of more SC benches, which must be there withing a year. Or it will be any other political statement.

The above literally means   "Accused is asked to decide or pass judgement in his own case"

OR bluntly speaking :

Would it mean that the   "Thief is asked to pass judgement for his own theft case"

Wonder where this Indian Judicial nuisance will end.
