I had purchased a flat a couple of years ago.
On account of deficiency in service on various counts, I had filed a case in the State Commission. The matter is in its final stages, and I am to file my written arguements early February.
A serious issue where I need legal input relates to coercion / undue influence / fraud / duress in making me sign the Agreement, as after taking the money, the builder wouldnt show me the Agreement but made me sign it. I have all the written evidence to that effect (including the builder's admission), but I need legal precedent on the subject.
I shall be grateful for a couple of SC citations on the issue of agreement signed under coercion / undue influence / duress / fraud.
