Why is that the accused arrested under wildlife protection act are always denied Bail? Can i get a good citation where after full recovery of the allegedly stolen item, the accused may be enlarged on bail.

It is not so. Bail is accepted also. It depends gravity of offence, on recovery , and on conduct and past history of accused. At al all depends on court.
