Divorce rejection

One of my friend has filed divorce petition against his wife , grounds being non consummation of marriage due to unwillingness of the wife. He is married since 1 n half years. How can he prove the non consummation of the marriage? Medical tests have not been done.wife is staying in her parents home since ten months.he does not want to continue with his wife any more. what can he do if his wife says the marriage is consummated in front of judge.

if your wife friend wife not want to stay with him than he go for divorce and file for divorce on ground of deseration nad non willignes to live together as you mention

as you ask if she says same in front of judge than there good chance she got divorce ....

An husband can file divorce petition in case of desertion.

Desertion – If one of the spouses voluntarily abandons his/her partner for at least a period of two years, the abandoned spouse can file a divorce case on the ground of desertion.
