It's more or less same provisions what a marital relationship enjoys? except she can not file 498a case aginst the spouse. DV and maintenance and rights over child maintenance are same as marital woman. And yes she do not need divorce to get separate. she can always charge of rape against you if so desired from her and yes it can be easily proved to anyone who is live in relationship.

Any woman can send you to jail for a variety of reasons, not necessary you come in contact with the woman.
