DEAR LAW CONSULTANTS,
I AM IN A REAL FIX .
MY CASE HAS NOW GONE FURHTER WITH AN FIR BEING REGISTERED.
AS in the initial enquiry at CAW cell i applied for a notice bail and got a 7 day notice bail from the court.
now i have been served a notice to join the investigation at the concerned police station, for which i have already appeared once.
Is it the time to apply for a AB or a regular bail?
or the IO will issue a different notice for the Arrest?
really in a fix as the lawyer says : IT is the Notice itself n should apply now for Ab..
please help...
