Marriage certificate

Both the Bride and Groom are Hindu by religion.

if both are major then they can marry before the marriage reistrar and get marriage certificate.parents presence or their consent is not at all required

Can they go for Court marriage , in which the identity verification is sought by the police by sending letters to house of Both Bride and Groom

Since you both are adult Hindu marriage may be solmenized either under the provisions of Special Marriage Act or under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act. It is advised to held marriage under the provisions of Hindu Law whichrequire that mariige be solemenized by taking a Saptpadi around fire (A hindu way of marreage) in a temple.Get the marreage phtographed in he presence of some friends and dear ones. Persue the Purohit to swear an affidevit that he got your marriage solomenized . THen apply for registreation of marriage in the office of Sub Registrear concerned for registratiion of marriage. It is a very simple procedure. In certain states marriage may be registered on line . Pl check.All yoy need for this purpose is Adhar carDd of bride and groom.
