stamp duty for rent agreement

Dear , Lease made for one year and above which you have to pay the stamp duty as per the state stamp duty act and leave and licence is use the premises on daily wages and at the end of the day handover the key of the premises to the owner of the premises , for stamp duty in your state can contanct the registrar office / or any advocate of your state

 Please check Article 36 and 36A of the Schedule of the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958. which is available on-line. Since registration of leave and license is compulsory in Maharashtra, consult a Agent for registration who should be available in the neighbour-hood of the local registrar office.

But Article 36 and 36 A does not mention about rent. It mentions about leave and license.

I want to know stamp duty for rent and not on leave and license ; and Lease?
