I am fighting Maintainence case thrown by my wife.
In my wife's petition and affidivit, she inflated my salary (actual x 2).
where as, in my counter, i put an amount (actual / 2).
The case reached cross examination. both of us quoted wrong salary.
my wife is not working. i know, i have to give maintainence (some amount) to her. but, i am trying to reduce the maintaince amount as much as possible.
What questions related to my salary can be asked in cross examination to me? How can i answer salary related questions?
My wife's side has no evidence on my salary.
