Filing complaint u/s 192 193

DEAR ADVISORS MY WIFES BROTHER HAS ENDORSED ON ONE SUMMONS THAT HIS SISTER DOES NT LIVE AT THIS ADRESS BUT LATER WHEN SHE APPEARED IN SAME AFTER PAPER PUBLICATION SHE PUT THE SAME ADRESS AND ALSO WROTE SAME ADRESS IN OTHER CASES.PLZ ADVISE CAN COMPLAINT AGAINST WIFE AND HIS BROTHER U/S 192 193 34,IN POLICE STATION OR MAKE A PRIVATE COMPLAINT

Mohammed ji just staying on perticular address or not or accepting it latter not amount to any offence.

WRT 193 under CRPC court can take the cognizance of the case if it is proved that there is serious offence is done.

34 under IPC Court can give punishment for producing false evidence before the court of law.

194 under IPC for fabricating the false evidence.

False information to courts is a crime. file a complaint on going case process.

THANKS TO HONOURABLE MEMBERS..ONE MORE QUESTION TO NITISH SIR,,FOR FILING A COMPLAINT U/S200CRPC,A NON COGNIZIBLE OFFENCE HAS TO BE REPORTED TO POLICE STATION..WHAT WILL BE THE SECTIONS OF IPCs
