Hi Experts,
My friend's bail has been approved from High Court. Now he want to know the procedure to surrender and what if he will not surrender.
A case has been filed against him under section 306. It is already 5 months passed and there is no pressure on police from the victim's parents. Can someone let me know what would be the right step after a bail has been approved?

As bail is granted no question of surrender.
If u want to surrender then approach the concern police station for it.
