Query

Dear Sir, What are the legal rules for the execution and completion of Extra-Ordinary Leaves for higher studies in a central government organisation ? Kindly help.

Ur recrutment manul will specify what kind of leaves do u take. U need to read it carefully.

Not understood what is recruitment manual.

We follow CCS rules. Can my query be clarified now ?

Dear Sirs,

Eventhough it looks repeating, but it is not. We go by CCS rule. No where in the CCS rule book the joining procedure after completion of extra ordinary leave after availing the EOL for study purpose is written.

If possible kindly throw some light.
