Remarriage of serparated husband secretly after court accept

sir wife after filing of case under sec 125 of crpc against husband for manthly alimony of 30000/-per month due to separation from HUSBAND FROM 1994 .Afterwords made a compromise JOINT ENDORSEMENT of ONE TIME PERMANENT ALIMONY AND RECD Rs.100000/= ONE LAKH. SO FAMILY COURT JUDGE dismissed the case as withdrawn.

now after that COURT CASE IN NEXT YEAR HUSBAND REMARRIED ANOTHER WOMAN AND SHE LEARNT ABOUT REMARRIAGE AFTER THEIR SEPARATION SINCE LAST 25 YEARS ON VISIT TO HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS ADMITTED AFTER ACCIDENT ON ROAD AND SAW NEW WIFE.

NOW CAN SHE REMARRY AS SHE HAS NO MONEY TO FILE A DIVORCE CASE AS SHE HAS TWO GROWN UP CHILDREN PART EMPLOYED ONLY. CHILDREN ONE IS DAUGHTER

Marriage completely depends upon adjustments of husband wife. If she and her future husband has no problem then go ahead. Divorce is only formality nothing else. ...

The repeated queries and picemeal information won't help you.

The court alone can grant divorce.

If court has garnted divorce then either of the spouse can remarry.

Beyond this prefer to consult your own lawyer with all record.

Whatever time you keep on updating slight changes in facts of case of same link. The answer of experts will be same .

If you are interested in legal and valid second marriage. You have to obtain decree of divorce from first husband.

The query appears to be stale. After a separation of more than two decades and the impossibility of an offspring out of the proposed alliance, it amounts to nothing more than a marriage. However, there could be problems as to inheritance.
