Vacating tenant on court order

Respected Experts,

Petitioner of RCOP case - u/s. 10(3) (a) (ii) and 10(3) (c) TNBLRC Act has won the case for eviction of  the Tenant with 2 months time till end June. If the Tenant do not vacate within the time limit specified by the Court, what is the best option available for the Petitioner for vacating the Tenant? What can be expect from the Tenant against the Order? Given to understand that an Execution Petition has to be filed in the same court. Whether this EP is a must for eviction of the Tenant even inspite of the Court order?

Thanks & Regards,

Deepthisudan

Thanks for your reply. EP has been filed. The tenant has gone for appeal. Because of this,no any progress in the EP. What can be done further?

Thanks in advance.

Deepthi
