Status of 7/12 extract

my query is if in 7 /12 extract ,it is written in other rights column as, tenency certificate and boja of Rs 1200 (name of person ) . kharedi kul Kayda sec 43 la patra Please explain what is mean this and whether one can purchase this land

No risk after obtaining due permission of SDM. It will take 90 days from submitting complete file if no quiry arises in due course.expences depend upon the value of land and the corruption index of the officer concern.list of documents available at SDM office
