Disclosing 'ALL' facts in Consumer Forum.

In Consumer Forum, is it necessary to 'disclose all facts which are favourable to me and for which I have supporting evidence' in my complaint at beginning itself. OR I can withhold a few of above 'facts' while filing complaint, so that later I stand chance of contradicting one or more potential 'factually incorrect claims' by opposite party; by later furnishing to the Forum 'rest of the facts known to me'. OR am I 'expected' by the Consumer Forum to disclose 'all available facts' right away while filing the complaint itself.

Consumer forum is not a court.  Complainant can only disclose material facts relevant to that complaint of deficiency of service of Opposite party, harassment/loss suffered by complainant only.  (I know a victim of such NCDRC decision where petitioner informed all facts through not relevant and Hon NCDRC has ignored the main issue, and decided on facts not material to the case, and advised petitioner to approach a regular court)
