Urgnet need advice

Respected Members,

In my ongoing case of domestic violence, I want to file an application for visitation/Partily custody of my 2.5 year boy under the section 21 of the domestic violence act. I have submit WS on last date now next hearing is after 3 months. During the 3 months we have EID fastival . I want ask-

Can i submitt the application before next hearing?

Can i asked at least one day custody on the day of EID?

I will be very grateful to your reply.

Now vacation there for court, so you may file it when court reopens. You can ask whatever you want, its finally court decision to grant it or not. All the best.

When the court will open you can file application. It depends upon court its accepted or not.

There is no vacation to the court where DV case is going on. You can file the application, leave it to court. You may not get any reasonable recourse.
