A/ Legal Procedure for Disown myself from my fa

1)      What is the legal way to get disown myself from my parents to avoid the harassment of arrest under article 498a of IPC, on to them?

2)      Is this the 100% guaranteed to save my parent from arrest under IPC 498a?

3)      Can parents point out about the abnormal behavior of their daughter in law while stating the disown will?

4)      What is the adverse effect of the same?

The parents by affirming a affidavit and publishing an advertisement in a news paper to that effect can disown their son but that is never a 'guarantee' to save the parents from getting arrested in a case u/s 498A.

In the affidavit the parent can describe the 'abnormal' behaviour of his daughter-in-law.

Apparently it does not have any 'advese effect' on the case.

Dear RRRRR,

1) How can you disown yourself from your parents?

2) No.

3) Yes. They can state in their affidavits about their daughter-in-law's abnormal behaviour. If you have any medical report that will help as evidence.

4) Nothing.

dear,

you parents can disown you by way of publication in the leading news paper

You have to live seperately from your parents or in alternate you can seek anticipatory bail , that should be moved seperately by you and your parents  and you can save your parents from arrest.

yes, parents can point out the abnormal behaviour of the daughter in law.

Subhash kumar, Adv

it will not effect on the marit of the case .
