Joint family property distribution

Dear Members,

My Father (Mr. X)  has two bothers ( Mr. Y & Mr. Z). We all were leaving together from years under a single roof and single kitchen. My family has ancestral property ( aquired by our forfathers) and acquired property also (which are acquired during Joint family period).

These self acquired properties are with individual names of various joint family members ( say wife of Mr. Z & son of Mr. Y etc.)

Can Mr. X claim its SHARE/ Right on these properties ?

What are the remedies available to Mr. X in case other family members have joint hands and refused to give any share to Mr. X.

What would be the idle documentation is needed in case Mr. x go for legal action.

all co-parcerners including daughters have share in ancestral properties....for getting one's share, in case of denial of others, partition suit is only remedy available...
